TN

This is one of my fav. pics. from our trip. It was our 1st time seeing lily pads with blooms in person. Arriving in TN was also our first real experience of heat for the summer, and even there they were having cooler weather (for them).

We cooled off at a fun splash pad that's just part of the regular park. We've also been to one of these in OK, and think they're a great idea!

We went to a children's museum called Discovery Center. It reminded me of going to a children's museum in Indiana with my cousins when I was a kid. I loved how even Robyn was having the time of her life with the kid-size grocery store (she'll post more pics. on her blog).

Here's Macy relaxing on the porch swing. We enjoyed trying the local food at The Catfish House like: hush puppies, fried okra, white beans, slaw, and key lime pie.
