What I Read in 2022
We are a family in love with words. Robyn loves to read them. Carly loves to use them in notes and cards. Macy loves to invent new ones. Myles loves to learn new ones, and Christie loves to record them. So, here they are, along with some pictures (another 1,000 words each)!

Jeremiah and I really enjoy
The princess and the Goblins
and follow up with
The princess and Curdie
Very fun I can't remember who the author is though.
Also I really enjoyed
Ella Enchanted
and Fairest both by Gail Carson Levine. Very good books for young girls. Well maybe for teenagers but they have really good morals to them.
Beverly Cleary books are fun; I remember liking The Mouse and the Motorcycle books. I also enjoyed the Indian in the Cupboard books at around that age, and anything by Jim Kjelgaard.I don't know that I am really familiar with anything new though!
Wow, you're right on! Robyn LOVES Bev. Cleary. (In fact, she's reading one of hers in this pic.) She's read The Mouse and the Motorcycle and is in the middle of Runaway Ralph right now. We should try the Indian in the Cupboard bks. Apryl and her kids have really liked them. And thanks for the other author recommendation, too!
Thanks for your suggestions, too, Missy. We'll be heading to the library soon!
Christy - One more author I have to mention is Colene Copeland! She has quite a variety of kids' books, but the most notable are her pig books, like Pricilla, and Little Prissy and T.C. She is a really fun lady, and I remember really enjoying her books!
Thanks, Becky!
